Each engaged member can submit 1 nomination per quarter. 3 nominees selected randomly!
Join in person, through Facebook live, or send your money and vote before if you can't make it
Each nominee shares a 5 minute presentation. Each team/individual gets 1 vote
Takes the money that night to go out and make a difference!
6pm-7pm: Dinner & socialization is encouraged prior to the meeting but is not provided by the chapter.
6:45pm: Check-in: Members drop off payment, get name tag & ballot
7:10pm: Group Announcements
7:15pm-7:30pm: Nominees present (Presentations can be by member representative)
No PowerPoints/handouts. Each nominee has 5 minutes.
7:30pm: Vote (Member must be present to vote or send a proxy with a check.)
If absent, a member is still committed to $100.
7:45pm: Ballots close and ballots are counted.
In event of a tie, a revote is held. If a second tie happens, donation is split 50/50.
8pm: Winner Announcement & Photos.
